Welcome to the BJO '08

Rudi Rohrmüller is our new BU19 champion. He defeated local champion Sam van Brusselen, 3-0.

James Earles won in the BU17 category. He beat Charles Sharpes 3-0.

Number 1 seed, Oliver Holland, won in the BU15. Abdel Latif Ahmed took one game out of him: 3-1.

Dear Squasher, 

On behalf of the Belgian Squash Federation, we would like to warmly welcome you to Brussels, “Capital of Europe”, to participate in the “Belgian Junior Open”.  We are really pleased to announce that this event has attracted more than 320 players, from as many as 24 countries.  This is a record for Belgian squash and you can be sure, we will do everything to ensure that your stay with us will be a positive and exciting experience.

The tournament will be shared between 2 of the top clubs in Brussels, namely, Castle Club and Winners Squash Club. The staff is eager to welcome you to their club. 

Attached you will find an overview  of some useful information of the BJO programme but feel free to log on to the official BJO website www.bjo2008.be where you can find all information in greater detail.  The draws will be published on the 30th October, 2008 and results will be updated regularly on the website to keep everyone informed.  

We look forward to a dynamic, eventful and hectic few days, filled with great matches, fun and fair play squash.  We wish all the players an enjoyable and successful BJO.
